then, the angel and mortal, mr tan shall be reassigning them, and the sort-of "good news" this time:

Today, i spoke to mr tan, he said tt tml he gonna check our class cleanliness after school...and if its not clean... guess what will happen? we wud hav to stay back after school for the whole of nxt week.
Look, other classes tt marks hav been as low as us, have alr buck up, and nw their classroom are NEATER and BETTER than us! So, we have ta pull up our socks. i will nid everybdy cooperation wif this, tml every single one of u, regardless whether u on duty or not, must do a part into kipping our classroom clean. those hu reach sku early, pls hlp to clean the class. then, pls refrain frm littering, or else, any rubbish found near a particular table (although rubbish might nt have been thrown by tt person) will be penalised. the person wud have to pay an amount of 50cents, and this money wud go into the class fund. hence, if u dun wanna pay, make sure ur surroundings are clean. sry for being soooo strict, but , i rili nid eveybdy's help for the classrm cleanliness tml. thx alot....

XIYU + (0 comments) / top Okies, here I am editing Ranice's post coz she sounds really fierce and yups... Don't worry, I cover all the points she wrote coz I saved it and am using it for reference. So kays, I AM EMPHASIZING ON CLASS CLEANLINESS YET AGAIN. Ms Lee is serious about what she said today during P.E lesson so I hope everyone will not take it lightly ok? Now, IT IS the people on duty's job to do all thier duties well. They will definitely need to DO THEIR DUTY for their week. Everyone will have to do the duties eventually so it's not fair to others if you complain that the work is too much or that it's unfair to you because it's not. However, EVERYONE has to do a part too. You guys (and gals) have to make sure that your tables are clean--> no eraser dust and rubbish on the tables and also make sure that you don't LITTER or MAKE THE CLASS DIRTY okays? Don't make it hard for the people on duty. Okies, also, before you leave the class, please please push in your chairs and ya, just make sure your tables and chairs are neat. If you can (I'm sure you can!), please just take 2 minutes off from your lunch or going home time and make sure that your own table is aligned. It doesn't mean that the people on duty have to slog their guts out to do EVERY SINGLE THING. It's our classroom, 1ECRU!!! If we don't take care of it, who will? Next, I have already specified the WHAT, WHEN and WHERE of the duties so please please go refer to it. Maybe, just maybe, we will print it out and pin it on the notice board in the classroom. So right now, I'm sure you understand our situation... so i hope that we can all work hard together so that we can jump over this hurdle. WE NEED EVERYONE TO SUCCEED!!! After that, we all don't have to be so stressed out and worried about this issue.

Another point I would like to bring up is also that PLEASE PLEASE (see, I'm using please, so please...) do not give any excuses just to avoid doing your duties. Don't you think it's unfair to those people who have to help you when next time, they too have to do their own duties but i don't think you'll help them then. Repeating this again, it's just like normal HOUSEWORK which is NOT A VERY TOUGH ORDEAL. We can't rely on our house-help forever. Okies, so the last point for this excuses issue is that Ms Lee has already said that whoever is unable to do their duty that day due to some aches or pains has to go see her. I don't know what she will do but I'm sure you don't want to be questioned by her. HOWEVER, if it is a genuine bad bad ache, I'm sure she will understand when she sees you ( it's not that difficult to tell whether it's real or fake...)

Anyways, this is a problem and I really think we need to change it. I know that nowadays, we are very fortunate and we don't have to lift a finger at home but now, there is no maid to do clean up after us and we are expected to do it ourselves. If other classes can do it, I don't see why awesome Ecru can't so I'm sure if we all pitch in and try harder, we will definitely be able to do it. Now, i have noticed a few people who do take their job seriously and Ranice and I are thinking of rewarding them to commend them for their efforts. We are not sure how to go about it yet so it might take effect only after some time. Since the standards for how clean our classroom is is so high, of course we have to put in much much more effort. Okies... Here's a few words to the various people on duty...

Person 1: White board cleaning: Whenever the board needs cleaning and before and after school everyday. However, please do not erase off important notices...
Aligning of tables: Eveyday before and after school. Please make sure that all the tables and chairs are neat and aligned to precision.
Emptying of bins: Everyday before / after school or during recess / free period.

Person 2: Sweeping of floor: Everyday before / after school or during recess / free period.
Making sure the trapezium table is neat and tidy: Everyday before and after school or during recess / free period.

Person 3: Wiping of cupboards at the back of the class: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays before school / after school OR during recess / free period.
Making sure the teachers' table is neat and tidy: Everyday before and after school or during recess / free period.


Person 4: Wiping of all windows: Tuesdays and Fridays before / after school or during recess / free period.
Wiping the top of the lockers: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays before / after school or during recess / free period.

firstly, i wanna thank kody for being the model. thanks so much. i know that we have not win anything yet and winning the class league might seem rili impossible. but we cant giv up. we have abt another 7 more competitions to go so must 加油！ok?

Your exact duties:
Person 1:
- Making sure the whiteboard is spotless.
- Aligning the tables.
- Emptying the dustbin.
Person 2:
- Sweeping the entire floor.
- Making sure the trapezium shaped table is also neat and tidy.
Person 3:
- Wiping the cupboards at the back of the class.
- Making sure the teachers' table is neat and tidy.
Person 4:
- Wiping both sets of windows (left and right of classroom).
- Wiping the top of the lockers.

What is required for the job:
Person 1: A duster
Person 2: A cloth,a broom and a dustpan
Person 3: A cloth
Person 4: A cloth

Where to get the materials:
- Duster [ Can be gotten from the classroom ]
- Cloths [ So far, only Diane has dedicated her rag to the class. We will need 2 more as altogether, we need 3. Please check if you have any old rags or cloths that you don't need anymore.]
- A broom and dustpan [ Can be gotten from classroom too. ]

So, all of you know what to do already. Please do these duties well kay? And maybe, we won't get tortured agian. Lol.

P.S. Also, about the class outing, I really need the votes quick so we can quickly decide the date and time, where will it be held at, what activities to have, who is going and how is the transportation and bla bla bla like. Ty!
