11:50 pm to 12:20 pm – Arrival of invitees and settling down (optional) <30>
12:20 pm to 2:20 pm – Free Period 1 & Ice Breakers* <2>
2:20 pm to 2:30 pm – Arrival of invitees (main) & Briefing <10>
2:30 pm to 2:50 pm – The Scissors Paper Stone Running Thingy <20>
2:50 pm to 3:30 pm – Truth, Dare or Double Dare (Murderer Version) <40>
3:30 pm to 4:05 pm – Captain’s Ball <35>
4:05 pm to 6:05 pm – Free Period 2* <2>
6:05 pm to 6:45 pm – Water Bomb + Treasure Hunt (Combined) <40>
6:45 pm to 7:00 pm – Drying up <15>
7:00 pm to 8:50 pm – Barbeque <1>
8:50 pm to 9:00 pm – Prize Giving & Debrief <10>
9:00 pm – Dismissal

Yeah, so basically; its something like that. The free Period is a period of time when everybody is allowed to do anything they want. (Cycling, skating, going to Downtown East, ETP etc.) However, they would have to come back to the meeting point at exactly 2 hours later. Those who do not want to do anything, will either help out for the barbeque, or play games among themselves. As for the ice-breakers, it is only for Free Period 1 and for those who want to remain at the meeting point. The games for ice-breakers will not be pre-organised, as they will be decided by the people themselves, on what they want to play.

You do not have to come at 11:50; its OPTIONAL! Let me repeat OPTIONAL; don’t go and ask chairperson or vice-chair whether need come so early. I know some of you want sleep later; we don’t mind. But please come by 2:20!! But if you are helpful enough; and want to help us carry some stuffs, please come earlier and contact me (92452888-Vernetta). I will tell you where we are; then you can come and meet us. Basically, Xiyu will put the stuffs she brought at my house first (with the help of JJ, HZ, and Cars). Then we will go meet Valerie at ehub! NTUC; then we will purchase the food, then we will bring it to my house to put the frozen stuffs in the icebox, then from my house transfer to PRP. So if those who want to help, please call me, and I will inform you where we are(: basically is something like that.

Please bring extra clothings as there maybe games that need you to be wet; so in order not to catch a cold, please remember to bring extra clothings or a tower to dry yourself after the games (:

Okkee, the amount everybody have to pay is : $8!
Mr Tan says its quite reasonable and I think you guys can fork out $8 bah! If not you this week and next week recess eat lesser; comfirm can save up to $8! ((: So please pay xiyu the money by the end of this week, which is 24th april! Please do, Mr Tan will be contributing $100! Good lor; but still you all have to pay $8; the additional money will go to the CLASS FUND. (:

So that’s all I got to post, sorry for the wordy long one. *apologise* and if there is anything thing to clarify, feel free to find Ranice, Annora, Xiyu or Mu Rong (me also can-about food larh!)
